We bought it seven years ago and renovated immediately after buying it. It took 6 months to get the title deeds updated, since they were very old and traditionally hand written.

In 2009 we had some more work done. Completely renovated the bathroom, adding a bath, designer fittings and tiles and we had all the plumbing and drain pipes replaced.
